Front Desk Administration Assistant/Sterilization Technician

Rachel has been blessed to work with Doctor Nordlie and loves coming into the office and interacting with everyone. She is passionate about working with teeth. She believes that a beautiful smile can bring so much joy to the world. Her favorite hobby outside of the dental office is spending time with her family and taking her children snowboarding at Crystal mountain.

Sterilization Technician

Zory is the floater at Nordlie’s Family Dentistry, she helps the front desk gals, sterilizes dental instruments, and helps Dr. Nordlie assist with the patients. In her free time, she likes to spend time with her husband and two children playing at the park, going on long trail walks, and baking desserts.

Dental Assistant

Keri is one of Dr. Nordlie’s steadfast dental assistants. She works closely alongside him to make sure patients get the best possible care. Keri comes to us with experience in pediatric dentistry as well as general dentistry. She enjoys working with patients of all ages to help them smile again. What makes her smile? Being around people who work so well together.

Dental Hygienist

Deep down, Lynette wants to be the doctor, so we keep her happy by calling her Dr. McKenna. She possesses a wealth of knowledge about almost all subjects, but here’s the clincher: what she doesn’t know, she’ll never admit; she just makes something up! It took the rest of us a long time to discover this, but we’re starting to catch on!

Dr. Mark relies on her for almost everything, since she’s been his sidekick for more than 22 years. If you spend much time in the chair flanked by the two of them, you’ll soon discover they’re more like an old married couple than a doctor and assistant.

Registered Dental Hygienist

Alma has always had a passion for dentistry and has been in the field for 12 years. She has a gentle spirit that makes our patients feel calm and comfortable. Outside of our dental office, she loves spending her time with family, especially her husband and dog. She also enjoys crafting and making graphic designs. We love her handmade gifts!

Dental Hygienist

“Head Hygienist” was a title jokingly given her by another staff member many years ago, but one that we continue to call her to make her smile. Susan’s gentle spirit, and even gentler hands, combined with her love of people, make her a favorite of many. She is our office “Diva”: she loves clothes, shopping, furniture, and decorating. Most of all, she loves her family deeply. Her grace touches everyone around her, and her innocence makes for lots of laughter around our office. We often have to explain the punch line to her! When she laughs, you can’t help but laugh along! Susan only works Mondays and Tuesdays, so she books up quickly.

This allows her the time on her days off to do all the things she loves and brings her so much joy, which includes her family, church, and friends. If you would like to have an appointment with Susan, be sure to schedule it with plenty of time in advance.

Office Administrator

Whitney has been with Dr. Nordlie’s office since November 2017. She is one of our sterilization techs and our office’s administrator. Whitney has been in the dental field for 6 years, starting as a dental assistant and then training for the front office in 2015.

She loves making our patients and coworkers laugh, so you can usually hear her giggling around the office. Whitney also just had her first baby, Elias, in February of 2019! In her time outside of the office, she enjoys going to concerts with her husband (classic rock), being a new mom, and spending time with her good friends. Her favorite part of dentistry is seeing people appreciate the work that we do and making them love their smiles again.

Insurance Billing Coordinator

Inna enjoys assisting the patients with all dental insurance billing. She has an inquisitive mind and is knowledgeable in dental treatment planning and estimating. Outside of the dental office, she enjoys baking, being outdoors, spending time with her husband and 7 children.

Treatment and Scheduling Coordinator

There are not enough words to describe Anne, our scheduler extraordinaire! She’s THAT wonderful! Anne finds appointments for patients where none seem available, and when there is an open spot, she somehow fills it. Anne is gracious and has a wonderful sense of humor and an infectious laugh. She is sweet, kind, and patient beyond belief! Negative words are not part of her vocabulary. Anne is the office angel; everyone loves her and she loves them right back. We couldn’t have placed a better person in the chair to greet you for your first visit as you walk in the door.

Anne and her husband have three adult children who keep the “revolving door” to their home moving between college and new careers!
